Hello, I’m Craig - accredited counsellor/therapist specialising in working with eating disorders and body image issues.

With 20 years of behaviour-change, management, and therapy experience across the NHS, charities, and private sector, I'm a qualified therapist dedicated to supporting adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image challenges. In addition to my degrees in counselling and psychology, I’m a certified Eating Disorder Practiction with the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED), and continue to attend post-qualification training.

Having overcome my own long-term struggles with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, I understand the courage it takes to seek and receive help.

Based in Co. Durham (England), my passion lies in offering online therapy across the UK and worldwide to help people overcome eating disorders and to lead a life of meaning and purpose.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Different people need different things so I take an integrative and eclectic approach, meaning I draw upon a range of models across different areas of counselling, psychotherapy, and psychology.

I’m committed to working ethically whilst also not afraid of being unconventional in tailoring therapy to your needs. This approach works well for a lot of people who choose to work with me, especially those who have not found standard “evidenced-based” approaches to be helpful.

We’ll review therapy together along the way to make sure you’re getting what you need.
